All sales are considered final. However, if you find there is a problem with your order please contact me by email at kanaallcock.com within 48 hours. We will either replace the item or issue a refund. If your order has shipped, you will also be responsible for actual return shipping charges. Only the product cost (without the shipping fee) will be refunded if the return is because of the customers' personal preferences. If the returned items from you are damaged and broken, the cost of the items will not be refunded. Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card that you use when placing your order.
